What’s Included?

The dedicated setup allows you to not only customize the configuration of the servers, but also, the type of EC2 instances used as well. Each server is tuned for optimal performance and monitored by MongoHQ staff. We handle all of the backups and disaster recovery. Also, your support tickets are assigned a higher priority than other customers.

Pricing

Pricing for MongoHQ dedicated plans is provided on a monthly per-server base rate. Each server is calculated with a base monthly price plus $0.15 per GB per month of EBS storage.

Our dedicated users are assigned a higher priority in our support system. We have Premium support available as well, which guarantees response times and includes phone support.

Do you offer Invoicing?

We do offer invoicing on dedicated plans with costs of more than $1000 / month. If you decide to do monthly invoicing rather than billing via credit card we will send the invoice at the beginning of the month rather than charge at the end of the month.
