Basic Support
We offer email based support for all of our users, and do our best to respond to tickets within 24 hours. We answer tickets from customers with dedicated deployments first, paid shared databases second, then move on to free account support. When support volume is high, response times may be slower – particularly for free accounts.
Premium Support
If you need guaranteed support response times, we offer premium support as an add on service. Please email us at: support@mongohq.com if you are interested in adding this service to your account.
Our premium support guarantees that no matter the time of day, you can talk to us. If you need our help you can call or email and one of us will respond within an hour…usually even faster. This covers all databases and services associated with your account.
Premium support is available for an additional 20% of your monthly bill, with a $1,000 monthly minimum.
